Who we are

SkaiPilot is a venture of Holy Metal Solutions, LLC (Cincinnati, OH). This policy covers this website only. Our products carry their own privacy notices — for Wren, see the Wren Privacy Notice.

What we collect

This site is intentionally light on data collection:

Contact form. Our contact form is provided by HubSpot, which collects and stores the information you enter (name, business email, company, phone number if you choose to provide it, and your message) on our behalf in our customer relationship system. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if you've consented, to send the communications you've chosen — every such email includes a working unsubscribe. HubSpot processes this data as our service provider; see HubSpot's privacy policy.

Accessibility preferences. Your text-size and contrast choices are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so they persist between visits. This data never leaves your device.

Hosting logs. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the service. See GitHub's privacy statement. The site loads fonts and libraries from third-party CDNs (Google Fonts, Tailwind, unpkg), which receive standard web requests when the page loads. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. The embedded HubSpot form may set cookies to associate your submission with your visit and help prevent spam; see HubSpot's privacy policy above.

How we use your information

If you email us, we use what you send solely to respond to your inquiry and, where you've asked for it, to set up a discovery call or share information about our services. Any marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time — email info@skaipilot.ai. Clearing your browser's site data removes the locally stored accessibility preferences.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If our data practices change, we'll update this policy and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
