Wren is an AI-powered financial management platform. Holy Metal Solutions, LLC is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, registered investment adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, tax preparer, certified public accountant, or law firm.

Nothing provided through the Services — including Protection Scores, opportunity findings, alerts, notifications, AI-generated analysis, advisor chat, or any other feature — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. All information and analysis is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

2. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship

Use of the Services does not create a fiduciary relationship, investment advisory relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Holy Metal Solutions, LLC — except as explicitly described for insurance actions performed by the licensed agent of record.

Wren is a tool that executes the decisions you make. It does not advise you on those decisions. You = CEO. Wren = CFO. The CFO executes; the CEO decides.

3. AI — Accuracy Not Guaranteed

Wren uses artificial intelligence to analyze data and generate findings. AI outputs are based on the data available to the system and are subject to the inherent limitations of automated processing. Specifically:

Wren may not capture all information relevant to your financial situation
Findings may be incomplete, out of date, or not applicable to your circumstances
Wren has access only to information you have provided or that is accessible through connected accounts
AI outputs are not a substitute for professional review of your financial situation

You should independently verify any material finding before acting on it. Wren will always disclose when you are interacting with an automated system.

4. Insurance Services

Insurance services provided through Wren are offered by a licensed insurance agent of record: Bishop & Associates Agency, LLC, currently licensed in: OH, AZ, CA, GA, IL, IN, KY, MO, NC, NV, TX, WI. Insurance services are available only in states where the agent of record is licensed.

Insurance analysis and recommendations provided through Wren are general in nature and are not a guarantee that any specific policy is suitable for you. Policy suitability depends on your individual circumstances and is subject to insurer underwriting decisions. All policy placements require your explicit prior approval.

Bishop & Associates Agency, LLC, the licensed agent of record, may earn commissions on insurance policies placed through the Services. This compensation is disclosed to you before any policy decision, consistent with state insurance market conduct and producer compensation disclosure requirements.

5. Illustrative Figures — No Guaranteed Results

Any savings figures, opportunity values, Protection Scores, or financial projections shown in the Services or in any marketing materials are illustrative examples or estimates based on available data. They are not a promise or guarantee of actual results.

Actual savings, outcomes, and financial results vary by household and depend on factors outside Wren's control, including third-party responses to negotiation attempts, insurance underwriting decisions, market conditions, and the accuracy and completeness of connected account data.

6. Third-Party Services

Wren integrates with third-party services, including Plaid for account aggregation. Holy Metal Solutions does not control and is not responsible for the practices, accuracy, security, or availability of these third-party services.

Account aggregation relies on the accuracy and completeness of data provided by your financial institutions. Holy Metal Solutions is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in data provided by financial institutions or Plaid.

7. Regulatory and Geographic Limitations

The Services are designed to operate within applicable regulatory frameworks. Features may not be available in all states. Regulations vary by jurisdiction and change over time.

Nothing in the Services constitutes an offer, solicitation, or provision of financial services, insurance services, or other regulated services in any jurisdiction where such services are not lawfully permitted or where Holy Metal Solutions does not hold required licenses.

8. No Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOLY METAL SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HOLY METAL SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DATA TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE.
